Thank you for your interest in your child becoming b-mitzvah at Temple Emanu-El.

In the coming months, we will orient you about what to expect in the b-mitzvah process. In the meantime, we’d like to give you the chance to select your child’s b/mitzvah date. Please fill out this form. Please note that to receive a b-mitzvah date, you must be current in your Temple Emanu-El membership.

Please list three choices for your child's b/mitzvah date that falls on or after your child's 13th birthday*. We will use this information to help move process forward, but no dates are confirmed and none are guaranteed by this form.

*Remember that it is not mandatory for kids to have their b/mitzvah at 13 years of age. We are more interested in their emotional and spiritual readiness.
