Shabbos Tisch
The word "tisch" is Yiddish for "table."
The Shabbos Tisch is a special gathering around a table with a meal, listening to D'vrei Torah, songs (Nigunim) and other storytelling. The 'Tisch' is all about the communal gathering and sense of togetherness in this special occasion.
On Shabbos Tisch we gather around the table together for an evening of learning followed by a meal, lots of Shabbat songs, a brief service, and storytelling.
We will provide entrée, challah, and coffee. Please bring drinks and dessert to share.
